Living Wage Scotland is inviting people working in social care across Scotland to take part in a short survey exploring experiences of working in the sector.
The survey forms part of a three-year project funded by The Robertson Trust, which aims to improve job quality in social care and strengthen understanding of the challenges faced by both employers and employees in implementing Fair Work principles.
The findings will help inform future work to improve conditions across the sector and support calls for change.
The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and is anonymous.
Living Wage Scotland is particularly keen to hear from people working in:
- Residential care
- Home care
- Support services
- Rural communities
- Island communities
- Urban areas
