3.0 Taking on an Asset

Often organisations will decide that in order to further their development, premises are required.  Organisations will often then find themselves in the position of taking on a commercial lease or if there are options to do so looking into a potential asset transfer of a publicly owned building.

This section will look at the key requirements an organisation will need to meet in order to consider either of these options and other considerations to take into account before beginning the process.
