Transport Scotland are in the process of preparing to beta test the website which will be used by Blue Badge holders to apply for their exemptions to LEZ’s, alongside a telephone system. They are looking for system testers who are either Blue Badge holders, someone who would apply on their behalf, or Blue Badge holding organisations.
