Chronologies are a recurring challenge in Adult Support and Protection (ASP), and they have been raised as an area for improvement. Iriss is conducting a scoping exercise on behalf of the Scottish Government to understand the current challenges faced by social services practitioners and their partners around this issue.

Your responses will help inform improvement support for chronologies has been designed as part of this scoping research to gather the views and experiences of those involved in developing, contributing to or working with chronologies in ASP.
