Community and voluntary organisations speak out after far-right violence

Representative bodies and collectives of community and voluntary organisations in Scotland have spoken out against the recent outbreaks of far-right violence. The Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) and the Everyone Home collective have issued strong statements and offered support in response to the recent riots and violence in parts of the UK. The Everyone Home collective, comprising nearly 40 third-sector and academic organisations, includes service providers supporting those with no recourse to public funds and was initially formed in response to the Covid-19 crisis.
