Cruse Scotland are the nations leading charity that focus on bereavement support for children, young people, and adults. Part of their mission is helping to create bereavement-friendly workplaces across Scotland, by offering training to help individuals and organisations better understand grief and loss and offer practical guidance on supporting others who are experiencing grief following a bereavement.
They are hosting an online workshop titled ‘Pouring From An Empty Cup’ on Friday 19 July 2024, from 9:30am-12pm (Online via Teams). This course offers a safe and supportive resourcing session for staff in any role where exposure to others’ distress, grief and trauma can be present. This training seeks to raise awareness and understanding of grief and trauma.
This is a 2 hour 30 minute workshop, and tickets cost £50 per person, although group bookings also available.
