Fair Work First Guidance – duties for Third Sector organisations in receipt of public sector grants to pay Real Living Wage
The Scottish Government has announced new guidance that places duties on all third sector organisations in receipt of monies from public sector grants to pay the Real Living Wage. This will apply from 1 July 2023
