Youth Leader – Youth Pathways Project
The Youth Pathways Project aims to address social, economic, and health challenges within the community, focusing on reducing poverty and improving education, skills, and employment opportunities. The project also addresses the ongoing impacts of the pandemic and the cost-of-living crisis.

Mental Health and Wellbeing Development Worker
This role focuses on supporting individuals in rural, isolated communities with mental health and wellbeing, using a person-centred, social prescribing approach. The post-holder will work with local communities to improve mental health, reduce isolation, and help people achieve positive outcomes.
Closing date: 18 February 2025, 3pm.
