Thanks to everyone’s generous donations to the crowdfunder to save KidzEco Bathgate, their team is thrilled to announce that over £7,000 has been raised—and the amount continues to rise!
These contributions have allowed KidzEco to install security fencing on the roof, repair and secure the gate, apply anti-climb paint, and implement CCTV provisions. The yard has also been refreshed with a fresh coat of paint to cover the graffiti.
With these improvements, the KidzEco team is now confident that their staff and community are safe, and they’re ready to reopen!
Join KidzEco for a Fun Day Celebration!
As a huge thank you to everyone who has pledged to the crowdfunder or participated in fundraising events like walking the Kiltwalk or Step Up for KidzEco, a fun day is being hosted on Monday 12th August, from 10 AM to 3 PM.
Everyone is invited to a day filled with fun and activities, including:
- DJ
- Face painting
- Balloon modelling
- Character visits
- Tombola
- Raffle
- Games
- Bookbug class
