Throughout January, Utility Aid is focusing on Risk Management around utility contracts, and what this means for the third sector.
They have created new resources to help guide charities, social enterprises, and community and voluntary groups through signing new utilities contracts, including a new video and blog from their Finance Director (both linked for your convenience). Both the video and the blog outline some of the risks their customers have undertaken in the past, and how they can be avoided.
The blog is also available to download as a pdf.
Utility Aid is dedicated to helping the third sector across the UK on all energy-related matters, including keeping energy costs down, reclaiming overcharges, and managing their administration. They aim to offer customers impartial advice when considering contract types, guidance on the length of contract and fixed, fully fixed, and flexible contracts, and what this all means.
