Cyrenians OPAL service is free and available to people typically aged 60 years and above and aims to maintain or increase older people’s independence and well-being across the West Lothian area. Our dedicated team of trained staff and volunteers deliver 13 groups and a Befriending Service. They offer encouragement, companionship and support to help older people engage in social, leisure and community activities.
