To advance the education of the public in the art of Wind Band music by the presentation of public performances and other like activities. In furtherance thereof, the Band shall seek to: (a) Cultivate the art of music among its members. (b) Provide musical entertainment to the public, in particular to the local community. (c) Provide practical tuition to young and new players.
