About PATH (Scotland):
- Established in 1998, PATH (Scotland) is a national charity working to address the underrepresentation of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities in housing and employment.
- They achieve this through positive action initiatives and by running employability, mentoring, and leadership programmes across Scotland.
Current Opportunities:
Due to a recent restructure, PATH (Scotland) seeks two motivated individuals to join their team:
1. Manager (Part-time, 21 hours/week):
- Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop PATH (Scotland)’s business plan.
- Represent the organisation at all levels and manage stakeholder engagement.
- Manage staff, ensure financial control, and provide support and guidance on good governance.
- Salary: £38,220 per annum (pro-rata)
2. Funding Officer (Part-time, 21 hours/week):
- Responsibilities:
- Source new streams of funding and sponsorship to ensure the organisation’s sustainability.
- Collaborate with the Manager and other staff to develop, fund, and implement services.
- Salary: £27,300 per annum (pro-rata)
Both positions offer:
- Hybrid working arrangements
- 5% pension contribution (matched to employee contribution)
