The Social Justice and Social Security Committee has heard of concerns about funding challenges faced by the third sector. The Committee wants to examine how the Scottish Government’s approach to fair and efficient funding can contribute to the continued effectiveness of the third sector as part of the pre-budget scrutiny. VSGWL would encourage organisations to contribute to this important review. Members of the Third Sector Interface Network are providing in person evidence to the Committee as part of the review. Deadline for responses is 16 August.
