Through the Trusthouse Charitable Foundation’s Major Grants Fund, grants of up to £100,000 are available for community groups, social enterprises and smaller third sector organisations with a focus on family support.
Groups and organisations can apply for:
- single year grants of £10,000 – £100,000 for core costs, salaries, running and project costs
- multi-year grants for a maximum of 3 years, not to exceed £100,000 in total over this period, for core costs, salaries, running or project costs
The Foundation’s preference is to fund front line organisations working directly with families in need. Services can include family support such as early intervention, families coping with addiction, and prisoners’ families; applicants’ project area must be ranked within the most deprived 15% of the Index of Multiple Deprivation (IMD) for urban areas, or within the most deprived 50% for rural areas.
